Description

High quality Himalayan Crystal Salt rocks used for making Sole, mouth wash and eye wash. Make Sole by placing salt crystals in a glass jar with a lid and topping up with good quality water. Leave for 24 hours and it is ready for use at a 24% salt concentration. If the crystals have all dissolved they place a few more in the jar. For mouth or eye wash water the Sole down with one part Sole and twenty parts water.
This salt contains 84 minerals and trace elements.
